高校女教师职业仪表的特征及其整饰的影响因素

摘　　要：通过考察当代高校女教师的主要职业仪表特征,可以构建其仪表整饰的影响层次模型,并探讨仪表整饰中自我与社会的互动过程。考察结果表明,影响高校女教师职业仪表整饰的主要因素有社会、个体、职业和不可控因素,各因素间存在交互作用;高校女教师对自身职业仪表的整饰是一个复杂的、动态的社会互动过程。Female college teachers were investigated about the major features of professional appearance, in the light of which the hierarchical model of professional appearance management was constructed, and the interaction process between oneself and society in the appearance management was also discussed. It was found that ： （ 1 ） Major influence factors for female college teachers＇ professional appearance were social, individual, career and uncontrollable factors, and there was certain interaction among them. （2） The process that female college teachers shaped their own professional appearance was complex, dynamic and interactive with society.
