摘　　要：《红楼梦》中王熙凤与李纨妯娌两个,一个尚才,一个尚德。王熙凤是荣国府的具体当家人,干练毒辣,疯狂敛财,善于逢迎;李纨是一个年轻寡妇,精心育子,淡泊公正,守礼尽孝。二人在才与德方面的差别,与出嫁前的家庭环境、家庭教育关系极大。曹雪芹在《红楼梦》中树起了一块批判封建女教观的靶子,又以悲悯的情怀揭示了末世女性才干难以施展的宿命。Wang Xifeng and Li Wan are sisters -in -law. One advocates ability, the other virtue. Wang Xifeng is the manager of Rong Guo mansion. She is very capable and experienced and good at flattering people, often collecting money crazily with a sinister heart. By comparison, Li Wan is a young widow in A Dream in Red Mansions. She is indifferent to fame and fortune justify. She brings up her children carefully, observing morals and obeying fealty. The difference between them in ability and virtue deeply concerns with their family background and family ed- ucation before they have been married. Cao Xueqin built up the view of criticizing feudal female teaching in A Dream of Red Mansions and also revealed the destiny of feudal female whose ability can not be developed with a compassionate bosom.
