摘　　要：高校女教师因受传统习俗、教育环境、双重角色及自身性别特点等的影响,在职业发展方面面临一定的困境。基于此,高校应为女教师们提供自由的职业发展空间,社会各界应给以一定的理解和关怀,女教师也应重视心理建设,以更好地规范自身的职业发展。Due to the impact of traditional customs, educational environment, double role, their gender characteristics, women teachers in colleges face the dilemma in their career development. Based on these factors, colleges should pro- vide career development space, and all communities in the society should give their understanding and care. At the same time, women teachers should pay attention to their mental construction to regulate their own career development better.
