摘　　要：构建了订单融资风险评价指标体系,利用可拓层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法对订单融资风险进行评价。用可拓区间数定量表示指标间相对重要程度,比传统层次分析法更合理、方便。通过专家打分建立可拓区间判断矩阵,计算各层次评价指标权重,结合模糊综合评价最终得出综合评价值。以实例进行检验,表明了该方法的有效性。We build a purchase order financing risk evaluation index system, and take advantage of the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evalu- ate the order financing risk. This method uses extension interval numbers to express quantitatively rel- ative importance among indicators, which is more reasonable and convenient than traditional hierarchy analysis method. After scoring by experts, we establish the extension interval judgment matrix, calcu- late each level evaluation right and combine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to gain final compre- hensive evaluation value. Examples are tested, which shows the effectiveness of this method.
