摘  要:目的:探讨施保利通对巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染小鼠唾液腺中CMV滴度的影响。方法:建立全身播散性鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)感染小鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组、施保利通组、更昔洛韦组及联合治疗组,另设正常对照组,每组25只。应用细胞病变效应(CPE)法检测各组小鼠唾液腺MCMV感染性病毒滴度并比较其变化。结果:感染病毒后模型对照组小鼠唾液腺MCMV感染性病毒滴度逐渐升高,第14天达高峰;其他各组先迅速升高,第7天后,施保利通组未再有明显变化,更昔洛韦组及联合治疗组均降低。第14天时施保利通组病毒滴度明显低于模型对照组,但较更昔洛韦组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(F=117.54,P<0.05),联合治疗组未检测到MCMV。各组峰值比较,施保利通组和更昔洛韦组低于模型对照组,高于联合治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(F=45.06,P<0.01)。结论:施保利通可降低小鼠唾液腺中MCMV感染性病毒滴度,与更昔洛韦联合用药可增加抗病毒疗效,具有协同作用。Objective: To investigate the therapy effect of Esberitox N on cytomegalovirus infection. Methods: A model of systemic murine cytomegalovirus infection was established. The infected mice were randomized into four groups, an infected group, an Esberitox N treated group, a ganciclovir treated group, and a combined treatment group. A blank control group was set up at the same time. Cytopathogenic effect method was used to detect viral titer in salivary gland of MCMV infected-mice, and the variation of them was compared with each other. Results: Viral titer of the infected group gradually increased after infection, and peaked on the fourteenth day. viral titer of the other groups raised rapidly at first, but seven days later, the viral titer of the Esberitox N treated group had no obvious variation anymore, while that of the ganciclovir treated group and the combined treatment group decreased. On day 14, viral titer of the Esberitox N treated group was obviously lower than that of the infected group, and higher than that of the ganeiclovir treated group; the difference was statistically significant (F= 117.54, P〈0.05 ). The MCMV was undetectable in the combined treatment group. Peak value of all groups was compared, which of the Esberitox N treated group and the ganciclovir treated group was lower than that of the infected group and higher than that of the combined treatment group; the difference was statistically significant (F=45.06, P〈0.01 ). Conclusions: Esberitox N reduced viral titer of salivary gland in the MCMV-infected mice. Esberitox N combined with ganciclovir could increase the antiviral effects, they had synergistic effects.
