摘 要:将不同类的添加剂复合使用可提高乳化液的润滑性。将含硫极压添加剂RC2540分别与含氯添加剂DA8527、含磷添加剂E9600以及聚合酯类添加剂GY25复配,采用四球摩擦试验考察了添加3种复配型添加剂的水基乳化液的润滑性能,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试验用钢球摩擦表面进行微观分析,进而得出最佳复配;并采用钻削试验,比较了最佳配方的自制润滑液与国内外应用效果很好的水基润滑液lusan1308和壳牌205M的润滑性能。结果表明:5%RC2540和5%DA8527为最佳复配,此时乳化液的最大无卡咬负荷为981 N,润滑效果优于lusan1308和壳牌205M。Scontaining extreme pressure additive RC2540 was separately compounded with Clcontaining additive DA8527,Pcontaining additive E9600 and polyester additive GY25.Resultant compound additives were added into waterbased emulsion to formulate lubricant.The lubricating performance of asformulated lubricant was evaluated with a fourball friction and wear tester.The morphology of steel surface was observed with a scanning electron microscope,and the optimized compounding formulation was established.Moreover,drilling tests were conducted to evaluate and compare the lubricating performance of optimized asfabricated lubricant with those of commercial waterbased lubricant lusan 1308 and Shell 205M.It was found that,when RC2540 and DA8527 were compounded both at a concentration of 5%,resultant waterbased emulsion had the best lubricating performance and showed a maximum nonseizure load of 981 N,possessing better lubricating performance than lusan 1380 and Shell 250M.
