摘  要:Ir覆层具有极好的化学惰性和高温下很强的阻挡氧特性,常被用作高温抗氧化材料,在航空、航天、航海等高技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。综述了国内外Ir覆层的应用和研究现状。介绍了Ir覆层的制备方法。总结了影响Ir覆层质量的因素、Ir覆层制备中存在的问题。展望了Ir覆层的发展方向。Ir coating has excellent chemical inertia and hightemperature oxidation resistance as well,and is usually used as hightemperature oxidationresistant coating.A review was provided of the current research status and application of Ir coating.The methods for fabricating Ir coating were briefed,and the factors influencing the quality of Ir coating as well as existing problems in preparing Ir coating were summarized.Moreover,suggestions were also provided about the development trend and prospect of Ir coating.
