摘  要:派拉纶真空镀膜用于文物保护能解决其他材料不能解决的问题,目前其在金属文物保护上应用较少。采用3D表面形貌仪对派拉纶镀膜的孔隙率进行了测试,结合静态挂片法、电化学极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗谱研究了pH值为5的HCl溶液中不同厚度的派拉纶真空镀膜对Z30灰口铸铁的保护作用。结果表明:随着派拉纶填料质量增加,派拉纶真空镀膜厚度不断增加,其对金属腐蚀抑制的效果越好;该镀膜主要通过降低铸铁表面的孔隙率以减少材料表面缺陷,抑制阴极的氧扩散控制来达到保护效果。A vacuum plating device was performed to prepare vacuum plated parylene coating.The porosity of asprepared vacuum plated parylene coating was determined with a threedimensional profilometer.In the meantime,static state coupon corrosion tests as well as measurements of electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra were conducted to investigate the protecting capability of vacuum plated parylene coating with different thickness for Z30 cast iron in aqueous HCl solution with a pH value of 5.It was found that the thickness of vacuum plated parylene coating rose with increasing mass of parylene introduced into the vacuum plating device,and the function of asprepared parylene coating in inhibiting corrosion was improved therewith.Asprepared parylene coating was able to decrease the amount of surface defects by reducing the porosity of the cast iron substrate and inhibit the oxygen reduction reaction at the cathode,thereby well protecting the metal substrate.
