摘 要:目的:探讨60-70%F.C.减肥运动处方对青春后期超重肥胖学生肺通气参数的影响.方法:研究对象为单纯性超重肥胖的青春后期大学生,制订与实施8W运动强度为60%-70%的F.C.及RPE在13-15级的运动处方,8W前后的相关指标测定.结果:8W前后青春后期超重肥胖学生的体重、BMI、体脂百分比等身体形态指标存在非常显著差异(P<0.01);肺功能主要参数:肺活量、用力肺活量与通气量均存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论:实施8W减肥运动处方能有效减体重、减脂肪、改善BMI、降低体脂百分比、改善肺通气参数,有效提高肺功能.Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the formulation and implementation of 60 -70% F.C. weight loss exercise prescription and the affect of Pulmonary ventilation parameters of post-adolescent overweight and obese university students. Methods: The subjects are simple overweight and obesity post- adolescent university sl:udents, Exercise Prescription determines the intensity of F. C. and RPE between the 60% - 70% at the 13 - 15 level. The implementation of prescription: 8-week supervised. The relevant parameters of 8 weeks before and after were measured. Results: before and after 8 weeks of post-adolescent overweight and obesity, BMI, body fat percentage of students indicators of body shape have a very significant difference( P 〈 0.01 );The dynamics of Lung function, vital capacity, forced vital capacity and ventilation volume were significantly different ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the 8 weeks of weight loss exercise prescription c^n effectively reduce weight fat, improve BMI, lower percentage of body fat, improve Pulmonary ventilation i;~arameters, can effectively enhance lung function of the system.
