摘 要:国产首台600 MW等级超临界褐煤锅炉采用新型四墙切圆燃烧技术,与传统四角切圆燃烧技术相比,该技术具有抗扰动能力强、火焰刚性强、热态切圆变化较小、防结焦性好等特点。通过空气动力场、锅炉干湿态转换、低氮分级燃烧等各项特项试验总结新型四墙切圆燃烧技术的应用情况,分析新型四墙切圆燃烧各项技术特性,并对锅炉燃烧情况进行调整。调整后,锅炉NOx排放量明显降低,锅炉热效率明显提高,低负荷燃烧稳定,受热面结焦得到有效控制,环保、经济效益显著,为同类型、同容量等级褐煤锅炉燃烧方式的选择提供参考。The new four-wall tangential firing technology, applied in the first domestic 600 MW super-critical lignite boiler, has good characteristics of strong anti-disturbance capacity, strong flame rigidity, small deformation of hot tangential and good property of preventing coking. The application and technical features of this technology is analyzed and summarized by the characteristic test about the aerodynamic field, boiler dry-wet station conversion and low nitrogen fractional combustion, which is then used to adjust the boiler combustion. After the adjustment, the boiler NOx emission decreased and the thermal efficiency improved obviously. Low load work condition combustion was still stable. Heating surface coking was also controlled effectively. The adjustment obtained obvious environmental protection and economic benefit, which provided the reference for choosing combustion mode about the same type and capacity lignite boiler.
