摘  要:介绍了某台300 MW双炉膛循环流化床空冷机组二次风机RB的控制策略,结合机组模拟量控制系统的功能,通过优化与试验,成功实现了辅机RB工况时调节系统稳定、快速降负荷功能,机组能够在自动状态下完成整个RB动作过程。结合双炉膛流化床锅炉在燃烧工艺上的特点,试验前优化了床压控制策略,避免了翻床事故的发生,保证了辅机RB试验的顺利进行与成功实现。Through introduction the control strategy of the secondary air fan RB test of a 300 MW double furnace fluidized bed boiler cooling unit, combined with the function of analog control system, it was successfully realized the auxiliary equipment RB test with the stability of coordinated control system and the function of fast cut load. In accordance with the actual situation of the unit, optimized the control strategy, and completed the RB action process in the automatic state. Taking into account the characteristics of the double furnace fluidized bed boiler in combustion process, optimizing the fluidized bed pressure control and avoid flip accidents, RB test was smooth and successful, and it laid a solid foundation of stable operation in future.
