发电厂双机单线路送出方式线路保护配置改进分析

摘　　要：内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司切入华北电网后,原来的双线路输出变为单线路(京大线)向外送出负荷,为了确保单线路开关跳闸联跳发电机出口开关,并且不会引起发电机超速,对线路保护、断路器保护及厂用快切装置进行改进完善,增加了线路跳闸联跳发变组保护回路,确保线路故障跳闸后联跳两台发电机;增加线路跳闸闭锁厂用快切回路,并分段闭锁厂用快切装置,防止备用电源因容量不够而引起的过负荷运行,以保证机组的安全停运及厂用电的可靠切换。After Jinglong Power Generation Limited Liability Company cut into the North China Power Grid, the original double lines output has changed into a single line. In order to ensure that the single circuit breaker tripped with the tripping of generator circuit breaker, and would not cause the generator overspeed, the line protection, circuit breaker protection and auxiliary fast cutting device were improved to ensure that line fault tripped with the tripping of two generators, etc, to ensure that the standby power operated because of the not enough capacity, to ensure the unit＇s safety outage and switching reliablity of the auxiliary power.
