摘  要:神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司1号机组B引风机自投产以来,一直存在水平振动值波动现象,最高振动幅值多次超过80μm。通过对B引风机运行参数的分析,结合现场检查,找到引起水平振动大的根本原因:引风机高温运行时进气箱膨胀余量未释放,因发生变形而引起振动,处理时对风机进气箱及其地脚螺栓进行调整,消除了B引风机水平振动偏大的隐患,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。In Zhungeer Power Generation Company, since induced draft fan B of unit 1 fan has been operated, the horizontal vibration wave phenomenon has existed and the maximum vibration amplitude repeated up to 80μm. Based on the analysis of B fan operation parameters, and maintenance of the site, the author found that the root cause of horizontal vibration was that the high temperature operation of induced draft fan inlet box expansion allowance was not released, which caused the deformation of inlet box. Thus, the author made adjustment to the fan inlet box and anchor bolts, to remove the level of the fan vibration big hidden danger, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
