水轮发电机组定子绝缘盒溢胶原因分析与处理

摘　　要：万家寨水利枢纽有限公司6号水轮发电机(180 MW)检修时发现定子上端部绝缘盒共存在22处溢胶缺陷,通过现场检查与试验,确定缺陷是因HDJ-18环氧填充腻子没有完全固化引起的。制订方案后,按照工艺要求现场进行了HDJ-18环氧填充腻子原位重新灌注工作,机组运行状况表明处理效果较好。该处理方法省时、省力、成本低,可供大型水轮发电机组进行定子端部绝缘缺陷处理时参考。There were 22 glue overflow flaws on the upper end of stator insulation box of No. 6 turbine generator （180 MW） in Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Project Limited Company. Through on-site inspection and test the author made sure that the defect was due to HDJ-18 epoxy filling putty which was not completely cured. After making a plan, in accordance with the requirements of the scene, HDJ-18 epoxy filling putty was perfused, unit operation condition showed that the treatment effect was good. The processing method could saving time, labor and cost, and could be used for large hydro generator stator end insulation defect treatment.
