摘　　要：目的:探索可用于临床的简单易行的幽门螺杆菌染色方法。方法:采用改良的亚甲蓝染色方法,通过对胃黏膜活检组织的染色,明确幽门螺杆菌的感染。结果:亚甲蓝染色可将幽门螺杆菌着色,形态结构清晰且无背景干扰。结论:经过改良的亚甲蓝染色检查HP的技术方法,可在临床推广应用。Objective： Expoles simple staining method for helicobacter pylori which carl be used in clinic. Methods： Adopls improved methylene blue staining method, through the staining to gastric mucosal biopsy tissue, makes clear the infection of helicobacter pylori. Results ： The methy- lene blue can stain the helicobacter pylori, the structure is clear without background interference. Conclusion ： The improved methylene blue staining method for detecting helieobac, ter pylori can be used in clinical practice.
