摘　　要：本文以 UV、FTIR、1H- NMR、13C- NMR、FABMS等现代分析手段 ,对国内试制的新型胃动力药盐酸伊托必利的化学结构进行了分析鉴定。根据谱带与结构的对应关系 ,确证其结构与国外已报道的结构一致 ,并对上述各种谱的谱带进行了全面的归属。In this paper, the chemical structure of a new gastroprokinetic drug itopride hydrochloride made in China was analyzed and identified by many advanced analytical instruments, such as UV, FTIR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and FABMS. Based on the corresponding relation between its spectral line and structure, it was confirmed that the structure of the new drug was consistent with the reported one. Also, the all sided spectral assignment was described.
