中药对20例HIV/AIDS患者免疫功能影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药干预对无症状HIV感染者和艾滋病期(HIV/AIDS)患者免疫功能影响的临床疗效,进一步探讨中药在艾滋病防治方面的作用。方法:选择符合纳入标准的20例气阴两虚,肺肾不足型艾滋病患者,给予中药平艾合剂1号方治疗,3个月为1疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察感染者治疗前后临床症状、体征及CD4+T淋巴细胞的变化,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:患者治疗后脱发、自汗、盗汗、胸闷气短、皮肤瘙痒、关节痛等症状等症状体征的单独积分较疗前明显减少,有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其它症状、体征指标变化虽然无统计学意义,但较治疗前有改善;总积分(主要、次要症状及主要体征)较疗前明显减少,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。根据中医证候疗效疗效判定有效率为73.6%。CD4+T淋巴细胞值较前升高,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该中药组方对艾滋病患者具有一定疗效,可改善临床症状、体征,提高免疫功能。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on immune function of HIV/AIDS patients,and further discuss the role of Chinese medicine in AIDS prevention.Methods：20 cases of the deficiency of Qi and Yin,and the insufficiency of lungs and kidney type of HIV/AIDS patients were selected,given No.1 Chinese medicine Ping＇ai Heji for three courses treatment,a course of treatment is three months.Before and after treatment the changes of patients＇ clinical symptoms and infected CD4^＋ T lymphocytes were observed.Results：Hair loss,spontaneous sweating,night sweats,chest distress,short,itchy skin,joint pain symptoms alone integral were significantly reduced（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and although the other symptoms changes had no statistical difference.Total score is significantly reduced than that before treatment with a statistical significance（P〈0.01）,according to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the judge effective rate was 73.6%.CD4^＋ T lymphocytes value was higher than that before treatment with a statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The herbal formula has certain curative effect on AIDS patients,and it may improve the clinical symptoms and immune function.
