摘  要:目的:筛选补肾活血颗粒的干燥及成型条件。方法:以干燥时间、得膏率、得率、水分以及外观性状考察颗粒剂的干燥条件;通过辅料用量和种类、润湿剂浓度和用量初筛后,以吸湿率、成型率、溶化性以及休止角等为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察辅料与浸膏的比例、润湿剂的浓度和用量,优选补肾活血颗粒的成型工艺。结果:补肾活血颗粒水提部分的最佳干燥工艺:真空度0.09 MPa,60℃,干燥36 h;醇提部分最佳干燥工艺:真空度0.09 MPa,50℃,干燥48 h。最佳成型工艺:麦芽糊精与辅料的比例2∶1,润湿剂乙醇的浓度为90%,用量为15%。结论:干燥及成型工艺合理可行、稳定,为补肾活血颗粒的大生产提供参考。Objective:To screen the conditions of drying and molding process of Bushen Huoxue granules.Method:The drying conditions included the drying time,soft extract derivation rate,yield,water content and appearance.Based on early screening of the materials consumption and type,wetting agent concentration and amount,the molding technology was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal design with hygroscopicity,granulation,dissolubility,angle of repose and so on as indexes and ratio of auxiliary materialas was used to dry extract,concentration and amount of wetting agent were as factors.Results:The optimal drying process of water-extraction part of Bushen Huoxue granules is as follows:the vacuum is 0.09 MPa,the temperature is 60 ℃,the time is 36 h;while ethanol-extraction part is as follows:vacuum is 0.09 MPa,temperature is 50 ℃,the time is 48 h.The molding process:ratio of maltodextrin to dry extract is 2∶ 1,the wetting agent is 90% ethanol,the amount is 15%.Conclusion:Drying and molding technology is rational,feasible and stability,providing reference to the production of Bushen Huoxue granules.
