琥珀散对气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症大鼠IL-2、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察琥珀散对气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症大鼠血清IL-2、IL-10的影响,探讨其治疗气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法:40只SD大鼠分为空白组,气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症组(模型组),琥珀散组,达那唑组。结果:①与空白组相比,琥珀散治疗组能升高IL-2/IL-10比值,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);②与模型组相比,琥珀散组能明显升高IL-2/IL-10比值,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:琥珀散可能通过改变气滞血瘀子宫内膜异位症大鼠Th1/Th2免疫失衡达到治疗作用。Objective ： To study the effect of Hupo Powder on IL - 2 and IL - 10 of rats with Qi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis and discuss the mechanism. Methods ：40 SD rats were divided into the blank group, Qi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis group （ model group）, Hupo Powder group, danazol group. Results ： Compared with blank group, Hupo Powder treatment group can increase the ratio of IL -2/IL - 10, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, Hupo Powder group can significantly increase the ratio of IL -2/IL - 10, with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Hupo Powder can reach the treatment function through changing the Thl/Th2 immune imbalances of Oi stagnantion and blood stasis syndrome of endometriosis in rats.
