中医分时辨治初发2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊及住院新诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别采用中药分时辨治及二甲双胍治疗,观察疗效、症状、血脂、胰岛功能的变化。结论:中药分时辨治初发2型糖尿病,在临床疗效及改善症状、血脂、胰岛功能方面明显优于二甲双胍。Objective：To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating new-onset of type 2 diabetes.Methods： The early diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes of outpatient were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment was respectively TCM treatment and metformin,observing the therapeutic effect,symptoms,blood fat and islet function changes.Conclusion： The curative effect and symptoms,blood fat,islet function improvement of TCM treatment in different time of the early diagnosed type 2 diabetes were significant compared with metformin.
