摘　　要：目的:研究野靛青[Peristrophe baphica(Spreng)Bremek.]的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱及Seph-adex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:野靛青乙醇提取物中的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到了7个化合物,经波谱方法分离鉴定为6,7-亚甲二氧基-5,8-二甲氧基香豆素(1),4,6,7-三甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素(2),6,7-二羟基香豆素(3),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4),异香草酸(5),胡萝卜苷(6),β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:除了化合物6和7外,其余均为首次从野靛青中分离得到。Objective：To investigate chemical constituents of Peristrophe baphica（Spreng）Bremek.Methods：The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results：Seven chemical constituents were isolated and identified as 6,7-methylenedioxy-5,8-dimethoxy coumarin（1）,4,6,7-trimethoxy-5-methyl coumarin（2）,6,7-dihydroxycomnarin（3）,3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid（4）,isovanillic acid（5）,daucosterol（6） and β-sitosterol（7）,respectively,from the EtOAc fraction of EtOH extract of P.baphica.Conclusions：All the compounds except 6 and 7 were obtained from P.baphica for the first time.
