中西医结合治疗耳鸣的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中西医结合治疗耳鸣的疗效并提供循证医学的证据。方法:全面检索中文数据库近15年来有关中西医结合治疗耳鸣的随机或半随机对照试验,按照循证医学的要求,设定纳入及排除标准,筛选出符合条件的文献,进行文献质量评价。采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta-分析漏斗图的分析等。结果:共纳入18个随机对照试验。纳入的文献中只有一篇3分的高质量论文,其余均为低质量文献。以总有效率为其观察指标,Meta-分析结果显示治疗组和对照组具有显著性差异[OR=3.08(95%CI,2.40,3.95)P<0.00001],[OR=4.20(95%CI,2.70,6.53),P<0.00001]。结论:现有的文献资料显示中西医结合治疗耳鸣的有效性优于西医常规治疗,但存在文献质量偏低,结论欠可靠。Objective：Evaluation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tinnitus was carried on to provide the evidence of evidence - based medicine. Methods ： A comprehensive search for Chinese database in recent 15 years, funding out RCT or CCT,which treat with combination of Chinese and Western medicine, in accordance with the requirements of evidence - based medicine and epidemiology, setting included and excluded criteria and selec- ting qualified literature and literature quality evaluation. RevMan 5.1 software was used to make Meta - analysis and fun- nel plot analysis. Results：In a total included 18 randomized controlled trials, there was only a 3 - point high - quality paper, the rest were low - quality literature. The total efficiency was as the index, Meta - analysis showed that the treatment group and control group had significant difference, [ OR = 3.08 （ 95 % CI, 2.40,3.95 ） P 〈 0. 00001 ], [ OR = 4.20 （ 95 % CI,2. 70,6. 53） ,P 〈0. 00001 ]. Conclusion：The existing literature shows the effectiveness is better than that of conven- tional treatment of Western medicine in the treatment of tinnitus with combination of TCM and Western medicine, but there are some problems of low quality literature and conclusion less reliable.
