摘 要:目的探讨尼古丁的镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法和小鼠热水甩尾法,观察腹腔注射0.25,0.5,1和2.5 mg/kg四种剂量的尼古丁对疼痛的影响。结果 2.5 mg/kg剂量的尼古丁可使热板所致小鼠舔足反应潜伏期延长,与给药前相比,潜伏期提高率为99.5%;1 mg/kg剂量的尼古丁可使醋酸所致小鼠扭体潜伏期延长,扭体次数减少,扭体次数的抑制率为53.0%;1 mg/kg剂量的尼古丁可使热水所致小鼠甩尾潜伏期延长,与给药前相比,潜伏期提高率为44.73%。结论尼古丁具有镇痛作用,且其镇痛作用与剂量相关。ObjectiveTo explore the antalgic effect of nicotine. MethodsThe antalgic effect was observed by mice writhing test,mice Tail-immersion test and hot-plate test,being given four concentrations(0.25,0.5,1 and 2.5 mg/kg)of nicotine via abdominal injection. ResultsThe results indicated that ①In hot-plate test,compared with the control group,the 2.5 mg/kg dose of nicotine resulted in a significant increase in the mice's pain threshold,and the maximum of analgesic ratio was 99.5% ②Compared with the control group,the 2.5 mg/kg dose of nicotine significantly prolonged mice's writhing latency and remarkedly decreased writhing responses,the maximum of inhibitory ratio was 53%;③ In mice tail-immersion test,Tail-curl latency in the 1mg/kg nicotine injected group was observably prolonged and the maximum of analgesic ratio was 44.7%. ConclusionThese results showed that nicotine has dose-related antalgic effects.
