摘　　要：目的总结近些年来常用活血化瘀类中药及其有效成分对抗氧化酶活性影响的研究进展。方法阅读近十年来常用活血化瘀类中药及其有效成分对抗氧化酶活性影响的研究文献,并对其进行归纳总结。结果一些常用活血化瘀类中药及其有效成分能够增强抗氧化酶清除自由基的能力,起到调节机体组织抗氧化系统的作用。结论活血化瘀类中药及其有效成分在提高抗氧化能力方面药理活性的不断被发现和证实,这些药物有望研究与开发成为抗氧化药物用于治疗各种疾病。ObjectiveTo summarize the advances in research the effects on the general blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs and its active ingredients on antioxidant in recent years. MethodsTo review the researching papers the effects of general blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs and its effective ingredients on antioxidant in recent 10 years. ResultsSome general blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs and its effective ingredients can enhance the capacity of the antioxidant enzymes clear up the free radicals,and regulate the antioxidant system. ConclusionWith the continuous findings and confirmations of the pharmacological activity on enhance the capacity of the antioxidant,blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving drugs and their active ingredients are highly expected to open up a vast range of prospects for diseases.
