摘　　要：目的建立六味地黄浓缩丸多糖含量测定方法并比较不同厂家六味地黄浓缩丸多糖含量。方法用水提醇沉法制备供试品溶液,以葡萄糖为对照,苯酚-硫酸显色,紫外可见分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果葡萄糖在0.011 4～0.091 5 mg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 7),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=2.5%);不同厂家六味地黄浓缩丸多糖含量在10.2%～18.2%之间。结论所建立的方法简便、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于六味地黄浓缩丸多糖的含量测定,为其质量评价与控制提供研究方法,同时也为建立符合中医药特点的六味地黄浓缩丸质量标准体系提供科学依据。ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Liuwei-Dihuang concentrated pills（LWDHCP） and compare the contents of polysaccharides in LWDHCP from different manufacturers. MethodsThe polysaccharides were extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol.The contents of polysaccharides were determined using glucose as a chemical reference by UV-VIS spectrophotometry after phenol-sulfuric coloration. ResultsGlucose had good linear relationship at the concentration range of 0.0114～0.0915 mg·ml-1（r=0.9987）;the average recovery was 98.5%（RSD=2.5%）;The contents of polysaccharides in LWDHCP from different manufacturers ranged from 10.2% to 18.2%. ConclusionThis method was convenient,accurate,reliable and reproducible,which could be used for the determination of polysaccharides in LWDHCP.This paper provided a scientific method for the quality evaluation and control of LWDHCP which could be used to establishing a quality criteria system consistent with the character of traditional Chinese medicine.
