摘　　要：目的研究紫背金盘的实验大鼠的疮疡模型药效。方法采用ELISA法观察紫背金盘对大鼠血清白细胞间介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)以及溶菌酶(LSZ)的影响。结果紫背金盘提物高剂量组能提高大鼠疮疡模型血清中的溶菌酶的含量(P<0.05),降低血清中白细胞间介素8和肿瘤坏死因子水平(P<0.05);而紫背金盘提物低剂量组作用不明显。结论紫背金盘具有治疗疮疡作用。ObjectiveTo research the effective of Ajugae nipponensis Makino in sore model of the experiment big rat. MethodsUsing the method of ELISA observation of Ajugae nipponensis Makino on big rat serum IL-8、TNF-a and LSZ effection ResultsWater and alcohol extract of Ajugae nipponensis Makino with high and dose could significantly improve the symptom of Sores in rats,incresed content of LSZ（P0.05） and reduced level of IL-8 and TNF-α factor in serum（P 0.05）. ConclusionAjugae nipponensis Makino is the treatment of sore effect
