摘　　要：随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的全面启动,作为自由贸易区重要的经济交流方式——国际贸易的发展直接关系到各国实现自身国际实力的提高。国际贸易法律进路机理为保护国际贸易的发展提供了法律支撑,具有重要的现实意义。利用演化博弈的复制动态方法,通过对国际贸易法律进路机理形成的演化博弈构建和分析,得到中国—东盟自由贸易区国际贸易法律体系建设的演化稳定策略(ESS),并揭示其内在机理。With the estabhshment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the development of international trade as an important economic means of communication in the free trade area is directly related to the improvement of the international strength of the countries in- volved. The mechanism of the legal approaches of the international trade can provide some good legal support to the development of in- ternational trade, and has ＇much practical significance. The paper uses the dynamic method to analyze its evolutionary game and mecha- nism of the legal approaches of the international trade, and obtains an evolutionary stable strategy （ESS） for the construction of the le- gal system of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, as well as its inherent mechanism.
