摘  要:哈尔滨工业大学英才学院(Honors School)在理工科拔尖创新人才培养过程中结合学院优质生源和学科交叉的特点,在原有的已经实施5年的本科生"专业实践导师制"基础上,推行"领航计划"——博士生学长指导制度充实到辅导员、班主任、专业实践导师的多维复合管理框架中,获得一定的成效。本文就学长制的源起与发展、博士生学长指导制度对理工科拔尖创新人才培养的意义以及运行机制的构建做出了有益的探索。During the top - notch innovative talent cultivation of science and engineering, Honors School of Harbin Institute of Technology combines the high - quality resource of students and multidiscipline, and carries out the " Pilot Plan" the doctoral senior guidance system, on the basis of the " Professional Practice Tutorial System" in the past 5 years. Through this new system, the multi - dimensions and compound management framework of counselor, head teacher and professional practice tutor has been enriched and some progresses have been made. The paper is to make some heplful exploration to the origin and development of senior guidance system, the significance of doctoral senior guidance system to top - notch innovative talent cultivation of science and engineering and the construction of its mechanism.
