摘　　要：目的:观察伤寒论和法方剂半夏泻心汤加味治疗腹型过敏性紫癜寒热错杂证的临床疗效。方法:将60例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,以半夏泻心汤加味治疗;对照组30例,以强的松、盐酸西替利嗪、山莨菪碱片治疗。2组均以2周为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加味治疗腹型过敏性紫癜寒热错杂证疗效满意。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura cold-heat complicated syndrome.Methods: 60 allergic purpura patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients per group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction while the patients in the control group were treated with prednisone,cetirizine hydrochloride and anisodamine tablets tablets.2 weeks was a course of treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 76.67%,The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a better effect on the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura cold-heat complicated syndrome.
