摘  要:根据中药新药申报的要求,研究了矿物药雄黄微生物浸提液在一定的环境中放置后其色泽、溶解情况、pH值及砷含量的变化,以此表征雄黄微生物浸提液的稳定性。试验结果表明:雄黄微生物浸提液对高温、光照敏感,在高温、光照条件下雄黄微生物浸提液不稳定,应避高温、光照保存;雄黄微生物浸提液在加入抗氧剂和螯合剂后在60℃和在4 500±500 lx环境中放置10 d,色泽、溶解情况、pH值及砷含量是稳定的;试验结果为雄黄浸提液的进一步研究提供了科学依据。The changes in color, solution, pH value and content of arsenic after laying up in a certain circumstance and for certain time in according to the declaration of traditional Chinese medicine were tested.Experiment results showed that the raw bioleachate is sensitive and unstable against high temperature and strong light. Therefore it should be strictly kept away from strong light and heat for storage.If antioxidant and chelating agents as the accessories were added into realgar, the changes were not obvious in color, solution, pH value and content of arsenic at 60 ℃ and at 4 500±500 lx for 10 days. The results provide scientific basis for researching of realgar.
