摘　　要：合成了新配体２－苯基（４－氯）咪唑［ｆ］邻菲咯啉（简称ＰＩＰ（Ⅱ），并合成络合物Ｒｕ（ｂｐｙ）_２ＰＩＰ（Ⅲ），研究了该络合物与ＤＮＡ作用的荧光光谱，观察到５９０ ｎｍ（λ_ｅｘ＝４６０ｎｍ）处产生很强的荧光峰，采用流动注射法测定ＤＮＡ，该方法简便快速，灵敏度高。对合成样品测定获得满意结果。A new complex Ru(bpy)2PIP(Ⅱ) was synthesized, its fluorescence spectra with calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was investigated. The presence of DNA leads to a dramatic enhancement of the photoluminescence of the fluorescence complex at 590 nm(λex = 460 nm). The linear range for DNA is 0 - 4 mg/L. The flow-injection fluorometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and simplicity. It has been satisfactorily employed for the determination of DNA in synthesized samples.
