摘　　要：华电国际邹县发电厂#1～#4机组为335 MW四缸四排汽机组,在机组启、停和运行中存在汽缸膨胀不畅、个别轴承温度高、低压转子末级叶片围带断裂等问题。对故障原因进行分析,提出了具体的应对措施。The steam turbines of units No.1 to No.4 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant are 335 MW four cylinders four exhausts units.Some problems exist in unit start,shutdown and operation processes,which include that the cylinder expanded not smoothly,the temperature of individual bearing was too high,the shroud of low pressure rotor last stage blade fractured and so on.The reasons of the faults were analyzed,and concrete countermeasures were proposed.
