摘  要:介绍了中国石油兰州石化公司30万t/a聚丙烯(PP)装置SP 179产品催化剂换代的情况。对比了换代前后催化剂的性能,分析了其对生产过程及产品质量所造成影响的原因。结果表明,与换代前相比,换代后的催化剂孔容、孔径较大,粒径分布宽,平均粒径小,聚合活性高,使用寿命长,气相反应聚合能力强,聚合产品细粉含量高;所产SP 179产品冲击强度、断裂伸长率、光泽度均有所下降,这是由于橡胶相和均聚相的特性黏数比增大,两相相容性变差所致。建议采取减少小环管丙烯流量,降低双环管反应器氢气加入量,提高气相反应器H2/C2摩尔比等措施。The catalyst was upgraded for polypro-pylene(PP) SP 179 in a 300 kt/a PP unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The properties of the catalysts before and after the upgrading were compared, and the influences of upgraded catalyst on production process and product properties were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the old catalyst, the new catalyst had larger pore volume and pore size, wider particle size distribution, smaller average particle size, higher homepolymerization and gas phase polymerization activities, longer service life, and higher fine powder content in polymer product. The impact strength, elongation at break and gloss of the new catalyst based product decreased due to the poor compatibility between the rubber phase and homopolymerization phase, which was attributed to larger intrinsic viscosity ratio of the two phase. The countermeasures were suggested, such as reducing propylene flux in prepolymer loop,lowering hydrogen loading in double loop reactor and increasing H2/C2 mole ratio in gas phase reactor,etc.
