摘 要:采用臭氧氧化与活性炭吸附相结合的方法处理毛皮染色废水。研究结果表明:臭氧氧化过程,在(0~22.6)min和(22.6~30)min的时段内臭氧氧化反应均为一级动力学反应,反应的速率方程相关系数均大于0.9900,但拟合得到的反应速率方程斜率前段是后段的3.5倍,说明臭氧氧化初期反应速率较高,氧化作用较强。活性炭对毛皮染色废水的臭氧氧化具有辅助协同作用,可强化臭氧氧化能力。臭氧氧化—活性炭吸附法对毛皮染色废水的色度和CODCr去除率均较单独使用有较大提高,尤其对增强色度去除效果最为显著。当臭氧流量为1600mg/h、活性炭用量为10g/L、反应时间为20min时,CODCr、色度去除率可分别达到31.11%、85.71%。The treatment of fur dyeing wastewater by ozonation-activated carbon adsorption process was studied in this paper. The results indicated that the ozonation reaction conformed to first-order reaction kinetics within intervals of 0 to 22.6 min and 22.6 to 30 rain respectively, and t^heir correlation coefficients (R2) were larger than 0.9900, but the slope of the fitting reaction rate equation in the front section was 3.5 times than that of the latter section, which showed that the initial reaction rate Of ozonation was higher and oxidbility was stronger. The activated carbon can assist and enhance synergistically the ozonation in the treatment of fur dyeing wastewater. Therefore their combined process had the advantages of better CODCr removal efficiency and prominent decoloration effect in comparison with ozonation or activated carbon ad- sorption process only. The results showed that the removal rates of the CODCr and the colority were 31.11% and 85.71% respectively in treatment of fur dyeing wastewater by ozonation-activated carbon ad- sorption process, when the flow rate of ozonation was 1600 rag/h, the dosage of activated carbon was 10g/L and the reaction time was 20 min.
