摘　　要：本文对18个铁路局2010年度职业卫生机构设置及其工作开展情况进行了调查。结果显示,铁路系统公共卫生人员配备情况高于全国平均水平,职业卫生科室和实验室人员学历高于疾控所总体水平,疾控所均已开展职业危害检测工作,83.3%疾控所已开展职业健康体检工作,但存在铁路卫生人员总体年龄结构偏大的问题。为了适应我国职业卫生工作的新形势,有必要进一步加强铁路职业卫生能力建设。Through the development of a unified occupational health and occupational questionnaire, we investigated the set of occupational health agencies and the work carried out on 18 Railroad Bureau, in 2010.Public heahh staffing situation of the railway system is higher than the national average. In terms of qualifications, the department of occupational health and laboratory personnel qualifications higher than the overall education level of railway Centers for Disease Control （CDC）. Railway health technicians overall age structure is to be bigger. All railways CDC have been carried out the work of occupational hazards detection, 83. 3% railway CDC has been carried out occupational physical examination. Order to adapt to the new situation of China ~ occupational health work, the railways need to further strengthen the capacity building of occupational health.
