高纯异丁烷脱水分子筛再生技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：通过对各种分子筛再生方案的论证,提出了可以利用丁烷厂导热油加热再生干气,用氮气进行冷吹的分子筛再生方案。既防止了干气再生后分子筛中CO2超标,又达到了分子筛再生的目的。通过与厂家结合,确定了分子筛可以送至厂家进行再生的技术方案;通过分析干气成分,研究出导致产品中CO2超标的原因是丁烷厂在2007年初使用了一气厂经干气再生的分子筛的缘故,从而避免了将来建立分子筛再生装置时可能出现的产品中CO2超标的问题。Six pieces method was chosen of regeneration proposal was brought forward and finally the proper regeneration through technique communication. While considering the potential CO2 content disqualification problem caused by the CO2 in the regeneration dry gas, the regeneration unit is not built for the moment. Through technique communication we learned that the used molecular sieve can be sent to the molecular sieve confirm if it can be very poor. Finally, plant to be activated. So we analysed the molecular sieve discharged from the tower to regenerated. We found that the mechanical strength of this batch of molecular sieve is we replaced the molecular sieve and the product quality is proved to be qualified.
