摘  要:在活性染料染丝绸过程中加入稀土,用多变量及优化设计试验法,研究稀土加入时间、稀土用量及染色温度对蚕丝织物染色效果的影响,并确定出主要工艺参数。试验表明,加入稀土对蚕丝染色,稀土量控制在0.1%附近最好,在加入染料后30 min加入稀土最为合适,且加入稀土后染色温度可以降低,最佳染色温度为85℃左右,固色率为86.80%,上染率为90.54%,同时,织物强力有所提高。通过加入稀土缩短了染色时间,减少了染料用量,加入稀土使织物的水洗牢度得到提高,并可减轻灰伤疵点,同时也改善了蚕丝染色上染率及色牢度低的问题。The rare earth is added during reactive dye dyeing process for silk. The effects of rare earth adding time, dosage, and dyeing temperature on silk dyeing property are investigated and the main process parameters are determined using multivariable optimization design testing method. The results show that the amount of rare earth is around 0.1% and is added after dyes is put into solution for 30 rain. Adding rare earth make the dyeing temperature lower to 85℃ and the color fixing rate is 86.80% ,the dyeing rate is 90.54%. Meanwhile, the fabric strength is found to be somewhat improved. By adding rare earth, dyeing time is shortened and the amount of dye is reduced. The washing fastness of fabric is enhanced and the ash wound defect is reduced. Also, the problem such as the low dyeing rate and color fastness are improved for silk.
