摘　　要：孙伟教授认为慢性肾脏病属本虚标实之证,以肾虚为本,外感、湿热、瘀血为标,提出治疗慢性肾脏病当益肾清利、和络泄浊,"肾络失和"为慢性肾脏病的病因病机,故"和络"为治疗关键。和络之法不外虚实两端:虚则扶正理虚、养脏和络,实则祛邪通络。Professor Sun Wei thinks that chronic kidney diseases belong to the syndrome of deficient Ben and excessive Biao, kidney deficiency being Ben while exopathogen, dampness and heat, blood stasis being Biao. Chronic kidney diseases should be treated by tonifying the kidney, clearing heat and removing dampness, harmonizing the collateral and removing the turbid. Disharmony of kidney collaterals is etiology and pathogenesis of chronic kidney diseases, so harmonizing the collaterals is the key of treatment. And tile method of harmonizing the collaterals is no more than two aspects ： treatment of deficiency by strengthening the healthy qi and replenishing the kidney and harmonizing the collaterals, treatment of excess by eliminating the pathogenic factors and freeing the collaterals.
