摘  要:为了解宁夏地区牛源超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌的耐药性、耐药特点及基因型分布,采用微量稀释法测定了16种抗菌药物对66株大肠埃希菌的MIC值,然后采用CLSI推荐的初筛及纸片确认方法对66株大肠埃希菌进行了ESBLs的检测,并采用PCR技术对ESBLs基因进行检测和初步分型。结果表明,大肠埃希菌对氯霉素、链霉素、四环素、多西环素、头孢和磺胺甲氧嘧啶的耐药率都比较高,而对阿米卡星、卡那霉素、多黏菌素、氟苯尼考及喹诺酮类药物则比较敏感。共检测出9株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株,阳性率为13.64%,经PCR扩增、测序都为TEM型。结果显示,产ESBLs菌株多表现为多重耐药,对各种抗菌药物的耐药率均高于非ESBLs菌株。In order to understand the drug resistance, antimicrobial resistant feature and genotype distribution of ESBLs isolated from cow in Ningxia, the MICs of 16 kinds of antimicrobial drugs to 66 Escherichia coli strains were performed using broth microdilution method in vitro. Then 66 E. coli strains were detected by phenotypic screening and confirmatory test according to CLSI method, and ESBLs genotypes were analyzed by PCR. As a result, E. coli resistance is relatively high for chloramphenico, steptomycin, tetra- cycline, doxycline, cefazolin and sulfamonomethoxine, but these E. coli are sensitive to other drugs such as kanamycin, amikacin, colistin and florfenicol. The results showed that nine isolates were identified as ESBLs and the positive rate was 13.64 %. Nine st'rains were found to carry TEM gene. Escherichia coli producing ESBLs are multi-resistance, and the drug resistance rate of ESBLs-producing isolates are higher than that of ESBLs non-producers.
