摘 要:为研究氟苯尼考和盐酸多西环素的临床配伍应用效果,采用棋盘法对大肠埃希菌、沙门菌等6株细菌及3株标准菌株进行了体外联合药敏试验。结果表明,单药对大肠埃希菌、沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌标准株的MIC为10μg/mL~80μg/mL,对大肠埃希菌、沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌临床株的MIC为10μg/mL~160μg/mL;联合用药的FIC指数分别为0.75~2.0,36株菌表现为相加作用,4株菌为无关作用。The susceptibility tests of florfenicol and doxycycline hyclate against thirty-six strains of Esche-richia coli and Salmonella and three standard strains were carried out in order to study the combined anti- bacterial effects in clinical application in vitro by the checkerboard method. The results showed that the MIC of single drug on the standard strains of Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphyloccocus aureus were 10 to 80μg/mL, on the clinical strains were 10 to 160 μg/mL. The FIC of drug combination were 0.75-2.0; there were thirty-six strains appeared additive effect while four strains appeared irrelevant effect.
