参麦注射液对癌因性疲乏患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液对癌因性疲乏患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组不同病种肿瘤采用不相同的化疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参麦注射液,两组均以21 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效。观察两组治疗前后中医临床证候变化、生活质量、疲乏状况及不良反应等变化情况。结果:对照组中医临床证候改善率为63.3%,治疗组改善率为83.3%,两组中医临床证候改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组体质量与卡氏评分治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疲乏状况比较,治疗组疲乏状况有明显减轻,对照组无变化,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液具有提高机体免疫功能,改善患者全身症状及疲乏状况,提高生活质量,延长生存期。Objective：To observe the influence on the quality of life of cancer-ralated fatigue treated by Shenmai Injection. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases. The control group of different kinds of diseases tumor was treated with chemotherapy is not the same, and the treatment group was treated with Shenmai Injection on the basis of control group, two groups were 21 d for 1 course of treatment, evaluation of therapeutic effect after 2 courses of treatment. To observe the changes of TCM syndromes, the two groups before and after treatment, quality of life, fatigue conditions and adverse reaction. Results：In the control group,the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the rate of treatment group is 63.3% ,improvement rate was 83.3% ,two groups of clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the rate of comparison have significant difference（P 〈0.05 ） ;compared with body mass of two groups before and after treatment with Karnofsky score,the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;two group fatigue conditions, the treatment group had significantly reduce fatigue conditions, the control group had no change,the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; comparison of adverse reactions of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Shenmai Injection can improve the immune function, improve symptoms and fatigue of patients, improve life quality, and prolong survival period.
