益胃汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎胃阴虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益胃汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎胃阴虚证的临床疗效。方法:98例慢性浅表性胃炎胃阴虚证患者用益胃汤(药物组成:北沙参30 g,麦冬15 g,玉竹10 g,生地黄20 g,白芍30 g,乌梅10 g,白术15 g,陈皮10 g,甘草6 g)加减治疗。结果:98例患者痊愈33例,显效39例,有效18例,无效6例,有效率为93.75%。结论:益胃汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎胃阴虚证疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiwei decoction treating stomach yin deficiency of chronic superficial gas- tritis. Methods ：98 cases chronic superficial gastritis stomach yin deficiency patients ues of Yiwei decoction treatment（ the drug cimposition：beishashenl5 g,maidong 15 g,yuzhu 10 g,shengdihuang 20 g,baishao 30 g,wumei 10 g,baizhu 15 g,chenpi 10 g,gancao 6 g）. Resuhs：98 cases patient,cured 33 cases,powerfully 39 cases,effective 18 cases,ineffective 1 case,the rate of the effect was 93.75% o Conclusion：Yiwei Decoction treatment of chronic superficial gastritis stomach yin deficienc has definite effect.
