摘　　要：目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎的中医病名。方法:从西医和中医不同的角度,论述了西医对于该病的认识及病名的沿革,根据不同的认识角度,并结合临证经验探讨其归属的中医病名范畴。结果:溃疡性结肠炎可分属于不同的中医病名,鉴于其发病特点,多归属于"久痢""泄泻"范畴。结论:溃疡性结肠炎根据不同的发病特点,可归属不同的中医病名,以规范临床应用。Objective：To summarize the western medicine and TCM western disease names and diagnostic characteristics of ulcerative colitis. Methods ： From the western and Chinese medicine perspectives, discusses the evolution of Western medicine for the disease and disease name, according to the different perspectives combined with the clinical experience to discuss TCM name category of ownership. Results：Ulcerative colitis may belong to different TCM disease name,in view of the characteristics of the disease,belongs to the ＂long dysentery diarrhea＂ category. Conclusion：The incidence of ulcerative colitis according to different characteristics of TCM disease name, can be different, in order to standardize clinical application.
