益髓丹治疗急性脊髓损伤临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益髓丹对于治疗急性脊髓损伤神经功能改善的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性脊髓损伤患者随机分为对照组34例和治疗组36例。对照组予以激素冲击、脱水、营养神经等治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用家传方益髓丹颗粒剂冲服,分别于脊髓损伤后8周及6个月随访观察神经功能恢复情况。结果:两组患者治疗8周后功能恢复情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗6个月后功能恢复情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家传方益髓丹对于急性脊髓损伤患者远期神经功能恢复优势明显。Objective ：To observe the Yisui Dan＇s clinical improvement in the treatment of acute spinal cord injury. Methods ：70 cases oI patients with acute spinal cord injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 34 cases of 36 cases. The control group was given the hormone piuse, dehydration and nerve nutrition therapy;on the bases of above mentioncal theeapy, the treatment group was added with Yisui Dan granular after mixing with water, then we observe the recovery of neurological function of these patients at 8 weeks after spinal cord injury and followed up for 6 months to. Results ：8 weeks after acute spinal cord injury the statistical analy- sis ,and there is no significant difference the two group（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;6 months ,through statistical analysis ,comparing the two groups had significant difference（P =0. 047 〈0.05） ;Conclusion：Yisui Dan for acute spinal cord injury forward neural functional recovery in pa- tients with obvious advantages.
