80例距骨骨折的治疗疗效临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探究距骨骨折的治疗疗效。方法:通过收集各类距骨骨折80例患者的临床资料进行总结。根据距骨骨折的治疗方法分类:其中Ⅰ型,行闭合皮质骨螺钉以及支具固定;Ⅱ型,闭合或切开复位皮质骨螺钉内固定以及克氏针、支具固定。结果:根据80例距骨骨折的临床资料分析,其中术后10例出现距骨缺血性坏死,9例出现踝关节及距下关节创伤性关节炎,8例行关节融合术。用美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAS)评分,优35例,良32例,中7例,差6例,优良率为83.8%。结论:移位的距骨骨折应通过选择适当的手术时机及正确的手术方法,以确保术后距骨骨折的健康恢复。Objective To probe the curative effect of talus fractures. Method We collected the data of 80 cases of talus fractures and summarized it. We classified the talus fractures according to the treatment method ： type I , Closed cortical bone screws and fixed with brace. Type II, Closed or open reduction cortical bone screw internal fixation and fixed with brace or Gram needle. Results Acorrding to the clinical data analysis of 80cases of talus fractures, 10 cases happened talus ischemic necrosis,9 cases happened Ankle and subtalar joint traumatic arthritis, 8 cases took ankle arthrodesis. Scored by AOFAS, excellent was 35 cases, good was 32 cases, fair was 7 cases, poor was 6 cases,and the rate of excellent and good was 83.8%. Conclusion Displaced talus fractures must have appropriate operation time and the right operation methods, to ensure that the health restoration of the postoperative fractures of the talus.
