超导可视无痛人工流产术80例临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对超导可视无痛人工流产术的临床效果进行分析。方法 :随机选取需进行人工流产手术的早孕妇女160例,并且随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇进行传统无痛人工流产手术治疗,观察组产妇进行超导可视无痛人工流产手术治疗;对两组产妇的手术时间、出血量以及相关并发症情况等进行记录,并且进行比较分析。结果:相对于对照组,观察组产妇的手术时间较短,出血量较少,并发症发生情况较少(P<0.05)。结论:在进行人工流产手术治疗时,采取超导可视无痛人工流产术,能够有效地减少出血量,缩短手术时间,改善预后情况,降低并发症的发生率,对于产妇的生命健康有一定的积极意义。Objective To analyze of with effect of induced abortion superconducting visual clinical. Method We randomly selected who 160 cases of pregnant women the need for a surgical abortion early, and were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, traditional painless abortion surgical treatment of maternal control group and superconducting painless visual abortion was did in ob- servation group. Record, and a comparatively analyze the operation time of the two groups of mothers, the amount of bleeding and related complications. Results Compared with mothers in the control group, the observation group operative time was shorter, less blood loss ,fewer complications,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion During the abortion surgical treatment, taking the superconducting of visual painless artificial abortion can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, shortern operative time, improve prognosis, reduce the incidence of complications, there is a certain maternal life and health positive significance.
