摘 要:桃蛀果蛾(Carposina niponensis)广泛分布于我国北方果区,主要为害苹果、枣、桃、梨、杏、海棠等。采用固相微萃取(SPEM)和GC-MS分析了桃蛀果蛾不同寄主(枣、杏)挥发物成分。结果表明,2种寄主植物的挥发物成分种类差异较大,分别为37,18种;其中,枣挥发物成分以萜类和酯类化合物为主,分别占挥发物总成分的19.60%和58.45%;杏挥发物成分主要是酯类,占挥发物总成分的70.51%。研究结果为探讨桃蛀果蛾与寄主植物的化学通讯奠定科学基础。The peach fruit moth, Carposina niponensis, is a major fruit-boring insect pest lor apples, peaches ann pears etc. in northern China. The volatile components from jujube and apricot were analyzed using solid phase microextraction (SPEM) and GC-MS. It was showed that the volatile constituents were significantly different in the two kinds of host, from which thirty-seven, and eighteen kinds of compounds were detected. The terpenoid compounds and ester compounds accounted for 19.60% and 58.45% respectively of the total composition of jujube; the main compounds of apricot volatiles were esters, accounting for 70.51%.
