摘 要:在1/2MS培养基的基础上,分别添加不同浓度KNO3、Ca(NO3)2及NH4NO3,比较它们对早大白马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:KNO3浓度为10 mmol/L,Ca(NO3)2和NH4NO3浓度均为20 mmol/L时,对早大白马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长有显著促进作用,脱毒试管苗生长旺盛,枝叶繁壮,有利于快繁。Different concentration of KNO3,Ca (NO3)2 and NHtN03 were added to I/2MS medium,respectively. The effect of KNO3,Ca (N03)2 and NH4N03 on Zaodabai virus-free potato in vitro were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that when the concentration of KN03 was 10 mmol/L, concentration of Ca(N03)2 and NH4N03 were both 20 mmol/L,it had significant promoting effect on Zaodabai virus-free potato in vitro.Virus-free potato in vitro grew exuberant and in leafy profusion, and it was beneficial to rapid propagation.
