摘  要:对共沉淀法和浸渍法制备的双组分金属氮化物催化剂MMoNx(M =Ti,Co ,Ce ,Zr ,La) ,在中压微反装置上进行了吡碇加氢脱氮、噻吩加氢脱硫、环己烯加氢及苯加氢反应性能考察 .结果表明 ,不同的金属元素和制备方法对催化剂催化性能的影响有很大不同 .其中 ,CoMoNx 催化剂在上述几种反应中均表现出优异的催化性能 .另外 ,共沉淀法制备的双组分金属氮化物催化剂要比浸渍法制备的催化剂活性高 .Bimetallic nitrides MMoN x (M=Ti, Co, Ce, Zr, La) were used as catalyst for hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrogenation (HYD) in a micro reactor operated at 3 0 MPa of H 2 pressure. The catalyst samples were prepared from nitriding bimetallic oxide precursor. Three kinds of model liquid mixtures were used as reaction feed: (1) φ (pyridine)=1 0%, φ (cyclohaxane)=10 0%, φ ( n hexane)=89 0%; (2) φ (thiophene)=1 0%, φ (cyclohexene)=11 0%, φ (cyclohexane)=88 0%; (3) φ (benzene)=10 0%, φ ( n hexane)=90 0%. In the first reaction, the bimetallic nitrides with Ti, Co and Ce as second ingredient exhibit much higher conversion of pyridine than γ Mo 2N, especially for CoMoN x , the conversion of pyridine or its denitrogenation selectivity is twice as high as that for γ Mo 2N. But for ZrMoN x and LaMoN x , no changes of HDN activity were observed. In the second reaction, the activity for thiophene HDS and cyclohexene HYD over the bimetallic nitrides with Co, Zr, La and Ti as second ingredient was higher than that over γ Mo 2N. No obvious effect of Ce addition on HDS and HYD activity was exhibited. As for benzene HYD, the highest conversion of benzene was observed over CoMoN x . When a definite amount of thiophene was added, the HYD activity for benzene rapidly decreased. The reason may be due to the higher adsorption capability of thiophene or the formation of MoS 2 over nitrides. Strong effect of preparation methcds for bimetallic nitrides on their catalytic performance was observed. The bimetallic nitrides prepared by coprecipitation usually exhibited much higher activity than those by impregnation.
