摘 要:以‘卫士’(WS)、‘部野丁’(BYD)辣椒为砧木,以‘新丰2号’(XF)辣椒为接穗进行嫁接。以‘新丰2号’自根嫁接辣椒为对照,研究了嫁接对辣椒的光合特性、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:嫁接辣椒叶片的色素含量和净光合速率(Pn)多明显高于自根;‘卫士’为砧木(XF/WS)和‘部野丁’为砧木(XF/BYD)的嫁接辣椒光补偿点分别为38.1和50.9μmo1·m-2·s-1,均低于自根对照,光饱和点分别为981.0和903.0μmo1·m-2·s-1,均高于对照;嫁接与自根辣椒的表观量子效率(AQY)、CO2补偿点和饱和点差异不显著,但XF/WS的羧化效率(CE)显著高于对照;与对照相比,XF/WS和XF/BYD的产量分别提高了14.9%和8.5%,其果实的大小、形状、颜色及蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素C和辣椒素含量等变化不显著,XF/WS的干物质与可溶性糖含量分别升高了7.1%和9.7%。‘卫士’和‘部野丁’作为砧木具有较高的应用和推广价值。The photosynthetic characteristics, yield and quality in grafted ( ‘Xinfeng 2' scion grafted onto ‘Weishi' (XF/WS) and ‘Buyeding' (XF/BYD) and own-root plants (‘Xinfeng 2', the control)of pepper were investigated. The results showed that the pigment content and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of grafted and own-root peppers were mostly higher in grafted leaves than in own-root leaves. The lightcompensation point of XF/WS and XF/BYD were 38.1 and 550.9μnol·m^2·s^-1 respectively, which lower than that of the control. The light saturation point of XF/WS and XF/BYD were 981.0 and 903.050.9μnol·m^2·s^-1 respectively, both higher than that of control significantly. No differences were found in apparent quantum yield (AQY), CO2 compensation point and saturation point between grafted andown-root plants. However XF/WS showed a markedly higher carboxylation efficiency (CE) than thatof the control. In comparison with own-root pepper, the yield of XF/WS and XF/BYD increased by 14.9% and 8.5% respectively, but no changes were observed in the fruit size, shape and color, and the contents ofprotein, amino acid, vitamin C and capsaicine in fruits of grafted plants. The contents of dry matter and soluble sugar in XF/WS fruits increased by 7.1% and 9.7% respectively compared with the control. Thesedata suggest that ‘Weishi' and ‘Buyeding' have higher values of application and popularization.
